Since moving from Great Falls, Virginia, Meg has lived in Noosa and Melbourne, Australia, and Albuquerque, New Mexico before settling in Boulder in 2001. Meg was a competitive long-distance runner, competing in thousands of road races - including 26 marathons - all over the world. With a belief in work-life balance, Meg takes full advantage of the outdoor access the Boulder area provides - trail running, mountain biking, and backcountry skiing. 

Meg truly enjoys helping friends and clients gain financial freedom through real estate. A big believer in and beneficiary of sweat equity, Meg and her partner have renovated several properties using the fix-and-hold approach and are currently working on restoring Meg's 101-year old home in Old Town Longmont which will go into the rental portfolio when complete. Meg's #1 advice to clients: Never Sell.

I joined Sobo Realty in 2017 with a passion for all things Real Estate – property management, sales, renovations, new construction and investing. Growing up in an early 1900’s Queen Anne Victorian ‘Sears Catalog Home’ sparked my interest in real estate from a young age. 

Since moving from Prescott, Arizona, I have lived in Leadville, CO, Uppsala, Sweden, and now Boulder, CO. Boulder is, to me, the perfect mix of mountains and city and is why I love living and working in Boulder. I am also a CU alumna with a degree in Communications and Nordic Studies. 

I also work with Sobo's sister company - Redstone Property Management - as a Community Association Manager, assisting in the management of 24 Boulder County homeowner associations ranging from condos and single family homes to commercial units and neighborhood parks. I have specific expertise in the Holiday Neighborhood, the Kings Ridge area, and Downtown Boulder. Being involved in the behind-the-scenes management of such a wide variety of Boulder neighborhoods has awarded me an added depth of knowledge and valuable insight into the pros and cons of each neighborhood. Buyers and Sellers alike benefit from my inside knowledge.

In my down time you can usually find me hiking on the beautiful trails near my family's home in Leadville, fixing up my Boulder condo, sipping tea at a coffee shop, or making plans to visit Sweden to reconnect with my roots.
